Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE leader in Singapore to own the 24x7 availability of AWS production workloads for our WebOrion and TraceCtrl platforms. You will mentor a cloud team and drive quarterly maintenance, patches, and feature releases.

You will coordinate with product, research, and security teams to improve observability, runbooks, and incident response. Strong coding in Python/JavaScript and Linux/WAF expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in AWS, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure.
• Proficient coding in Python and JavaScript.
• Deep hands-on Linux, AWS, containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of security monitoring and incident response practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small cloud team.
• Able to handle enterprise onboarding or technical support incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 availability of AWS production workloads for WebOrion and TraceCtrl platform.
• Lead the team to plan and deploy quarterly maintenance, patches, updates, and feature releases.
• Own the technical support escalation queue for enterprise accounts and perform deployments and troubleshooting when needed.
• Collaborate with product and research engineers to ensure observability and runbooks with releases.
• Design, code, and implement minor features and DevOps tools for system monitoring.
• Provide mentoring and resource planning for junior engineers and interns.
• Monitor and optimize AWS public cloud spend regularly.
• Assist enterprise customers with onboarding to SaaS platforms.
• Coordinate with Security Team to ensure ISO27001 and related standards compliance.
• Report uptime, SLA, and incident metrics to management.

Job description

We are now buildingTraceCtrl, our AI agent security and governance platform for regulated industries in Asia-Pacific. It defends against prompt injection, data leakage and the other risks in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. This role suits someone who is familiar with running production workloads on AWS and owns24x7 availability across the portfolio, in our cloud and inside customer data centres, and you build the team that sustains it.

What you will be working on:

• Own 24x7 availability of our AWS production workloads running WebOrion® and theTraceCtrl platform
• Lead the team to plan for and execute quarterly maintenance including deploying patches, software updates and feature releases
• Own the technical support escalation queue for enterprise accounts, and handle deployments, upgrades and trouble shooting yourself when it matters
• Work with the product and research engineers so new releases arrive with the observability and the run books to operate them
• Lead the team to design, code and implement minor features and devops tools to ensure the monitoring of our systems
• Provide resource planning and mentoring for younger engineers and technical interns
• Monitor, propose and optimization AWS public cloud spend on a regular basis
• Provide assistance to Enterprise customers who need to onboard to our SaaS platforms
• Work with Security Team to ensure compliance to ISO27001 and other relevant standards
• Report uptime, SLA and incident reports to management team on regular basis

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years in AWS, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure
• Able to do coding in Python and Javascript
• Deep hands-on Linux, AWS. Containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD
