Job summary

Cloudsine, a Singapore-based Web and GenAI security company, is seeking a curious DevOps Support Engineer to own our AWS infrastructure and assist customers daily. You will work with modern AI tools and learn from senior engineers and cybersecurity experts in a hands-on environment.

Fresh graduates will join a team focused on cloud engineering and cybersecurity, with on-call rotations and opportunities to grow in a dynamic GenAI security space in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field from a recognised university.
• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, or similar), computer networking, SSL/TLS, CDNs, software development, containers, and Linux.
• Able to communicate technical findings clearly and professionally in written English to customers of varying technical depth.

• Own incoming infrastructure and customer support tickets end to end: triage, respond within SLA, investigate, resolve or elevate.

Our flagship software, WebOrion® (https://www.weborion.io), is already trusted and used by large enterprise customers such asBanks, Government, Telcos, and Large Forbes Global 2000 companies spread across Asia including Australia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Now, we're takingon the next frontier: building a GenAI Security Suite to defend against AI attacks such as Prompt Injection, Data Poisoning, etc from OWASP Top10 forLLM. We're looking for a curious, hands-on DevOps Support Engineer to own thefront line of our AWS infrastructure and customer support — working daily with modern AI tools like Claude and Cursor, and learning directly from seniorengineers and cybersecurity experts. What you will be working on:

• Monitor and maintain our AWS infrastructure(compute, storage, networking) to deliver a reliable, secure customerexperience
• Own incoming infrastructure and customer supporttickets end to end: triage against the severity matrix, respond within SLA,investigate, resolve or elevate, and close the loop with the customer
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and product issues,diagnose underlying causes across multiple products and cloud environments, and communicate findings to the relevant technical team
• Assist with AWS and product administration,including provisioning, access management, onboarding, offboarding, and general account administration
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation,including onsite response to selected large customers
• Use modern AI tooling such as Claude and Cursordaily to write scripts, automate infrastructure tasks, and diagnose issues faster
• Get hands-on exposure to day-to-day security operations, helping keep our AWS infrastructure locked down, with direct training from seniorengineers and cybersecurity experts
• Maintain and improve internal supportdocumentation (runbooks, FAQs) as new cases are resolved
• Work with the engineering team on recurringissues that need product-level fixes, providing well-documented reproductionsteps and customer impact context
• Support customer onboarding activities
• Identify processgaps across DevOps and Customer Support and build features and automation toreduce manual effort and response time.

What we are looking for:

• Fresh graduate with aBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similarfield from a recognised university
• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, orsimilar), computer networking, SSL/TLS, CDNs, software development, containers,and Linux
• Able to communicate technical findings clearlyand professionally in written English to customers of varying technical depth,including sensitive government and enterprise accounts
• Comfortable participating in a 24x7 on-callrotation, including responding to infrastructure alerts outside regular workinghours
• Hands-on AWS project experience (schoolprojects, internships, or personal labs), or an AWS CloudPractitioner/Associate certification, is a plus
• Scripting experience in Python or Bash, andbasic SQL knowledge, are a plus
• Prior experience (internship, attachment, orproject work) in a DevOps, cloud infrastructure, technical support, SOC, NOC,or MSSP environment is a plus
• Personal experience using AI coding tools(Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.), even informally for school projects, is aplus
