Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on delivery leader to own end-to-end enterprise engagements, starting with a multimillion-dollar on-premise TraceCtrl LLMGuards deployment.

You will coordinate cloud and on-prem deployments, manage timelines, scope, and contracts with Engineering, DevOps, Finance and Legal, and drive milestones, risk, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project delivery or professional services experience.
• Strong understanding of contract management, SLAs and delivery governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to handle senior customers under pressure.
• Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML or enterprise software is a strong plus.
• Willingness to onsite travel in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise engagements, including cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers on timelines, scoping and contracts.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans with Engineering and DevOps to keep milestones on track.
• Manage escalations and risk on enterprise accounts to avoid delays.
• Partner with technical architect on scoping and design for on-premise deployments.
• Coordinate onsite installation, configuration and go-live activities for enterprise customers.
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks to onboard future engagements faster.
• Support Sales and Product during pre-sales technical scoping for new opportunities.
• Manage contract deliverables and change requests with Finance and Legal.
• Track KPIs and report to leadership on milestones and customer satisfaction.

We're taking on the next frontier: building an AI Security Platform to defend against AI attacks such as Prompt Injection, ImagePoisoning, etc from OWASP Top10 for LLM. We're looking for a hands-on technical delivery leader to own execution of our largest enterprise engagements — starting with a multimillion-dollar, on-premise TraceCtrl LLMGuards deployment — if you're ready to own delivery from contract to go-live, this is your chance to shine!

What you will be working on:

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise and public-sector engagements, including both cloud and on-premise deployments
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers on delivery timelines, technical scoping and contract commitments
• Translate contractual and customer requirements into delivery plans, working closely withEngineering and DevOps to keep milestones on track
• Manage escalations and risk on enterprise accounts, resolving blockers before they become delays
• Partner with our technical architect on technical scoping and solution design for on-premise and customized deployments
• Coordinate onsite and on-premise installation, configuration and go-live activities for enterprise customers
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks so future enterprise engagements onboard faster
• Support Sales and Product during pre-sales technical scoping for new enterprise opportunities
• Manage contract deliverables and change requests in coordination with Finance and Legal
• Track delivery KPIs — milestone adherence, customer satisfaction, contract SLAs — and report to founding leadership

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project/program delivery, professional services or customer-facing engineering roles
• Strong understanding of contract management, SLAs and delivery governance
• PMP or Agile Certified will be a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to manage senior customer and internal stakeholders under pressure
• Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML or enterprise software is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities, including some onsite travel
