Job summary

CloudsineAI is seeking a Delivery Leader to own large enterprise engagements from signed contract to go-live and steady state, with on-premise deployments across Asia-Pacific. You will be the single point of contact for timelines, scope, and contractual commitments, coordinating with engineering, DevOps, and Legal.

Readiness to travel regionally, familiarity with SLAs and delivery governance, and PMP/Agile Scrum credentials are a plus. You will guide the delivery team and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of our largest enterprise and public-sector engagements, from signed contract to go-live and into steady state.
• Be the customer's single point of contact on timelines, technical scope and what we committed to in the contract.
• Turn contract requirements into a delivery plan, and work with engineering and DevOps to hold the milestones.
• Give hands-on technical guidance and configure the product alongside the customer. You read the architecture. You do not write production code.
• Own escalations on enterprise accounts. You lead the conversation with the customer. DevOps leads the technical fix.
• Coordinate onsite installation, configuration and go-live at customer premises.
• Turn what you learn into onboarding playbooks, so the next enterprise customer goes live faster than this one.
• Write Scope of Works with Sales and Product, and manage contract deliverables and change requests with Finance and Legal.
• Report milestone adherence, SLA performance and customer satisfaction to the CEO every month

We are now building TraceCtrl, our AI agent security and governance platform for regulated industries in Asia-Pacific. It defends against prompt injection, data leakage and the other risks in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. We are looking for a delivery leader to own our largest enterprise engagements, starting with a large on-premise deployment of TraceCtrl LLM Guards. You own it from signed contract to go-live, and you keep it there.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years in technical delivery, professional services or customer-facing engineering
• You have taken large enterprise or public-sector on-premise deployments from contract to go-live. Be ready to name them
• You know contract management, SLAs and delivery governance well enough to argue a change request
• PMP and/or Agile Scrum certified will be a plus
• You are willing to travel to customer sites in the region
