Job summary

Aleph (Formerly Red Alpha Cyber) is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery on the next frontier of cybersecurity for TraceCtrl. You will lead major enterprise engagements from contract to go-live, including on-premise deployments and cloud components.

The role demands strong governance, SLAs, and stakeholder management, with travel to customer sites. You'll partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Finance to ensure milestones and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in technical project delivery or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of contract management, SLAs and delivery governance.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel onsite and thrive in a startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise and public-sector engagements, including cloud and on-premise deployments.
• Act as primary contact for delivery timelines, technical scoping and contract commitments.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans with Eng and DevOps to keep milestones.
• Manage escalations and risk on enterprise accounts to prevent delays.
• Partner with our technical architect on scoping and solution design for on-premise deployments.
• Coordinate onsite installation, configuration and go-live activities.
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks to onboard future engagements faster.
• Support Sales and Product during pre-sales technical scoping for new opportunities.
• Manage contract deliverables and change requests with Finance and Legal.
• Track delivery KPIs and report to leadership.

Job description

In this role, you will have a chance to own delivery on the next frontier of cybersecurity. TraceCtrl is an AI Security Platform built to defend against AI attacks such as Prompt Injection and Image Poisoning, covering the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. The Technical Delivery Manager will lead execution of major enterprise engagements, beginning with a multimillion-dollar on-premise TraceCtrl LLM Guards deployment, and take ownership from contract to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise and public-sector engagements, including both cloud and on-premise deployments
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers on delivery timelines, technical scoping and contract commitments
• Translate contractual and customer requirements into delivery plans, working closely with Engineering and DevOps to keep milestones on track
• Manage escalations and risk on enterprise accounts, resolving blockers before they become delaysli>
• Partner with our technical architect on technical scoping and solution design for on-premise and customized deployments
• Coordinate onsite and on-premise installation, configuration and go-live activities for enterprise customers
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks so future enterprise engagements onboard faster
• Support Sales and Product during pre-sales technical scoping for new enterprise opportunities
• Manage contract deliverables and change requests in coordination with Finance and Legal
• Track delivery KPIs — milestone adherence, customer satisfaction, contract SLAs — and report to founding leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project/program delivery, professional services or customer-facing engineering roles
• Strong understanding of contract management, SLAs and delivery governance
• PMP or Agile Certified will be a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to manage senior customer and internal stakeholders under pressure
• Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML or enterprise software is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities, including some onsite travel
