Job summary

CloudsineAI in Singapore seeks an experienced Cloud/DevOps leader to own 24x7 availability of AWS production workloads for WebOrion and the TraceCtrl platform across cloud and customer data centers.

You will lead the team to plan quarterly maintenance, deploy patches and feature releases, manage enterprise onboarding and incidents, collaborate with product and security teams, and mentor junior engineers while optimizing AWS spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years in AWS, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on Linux, AWS, Containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Security monitoring and incident response practice.
• Led or mentored a small cloud team.
• Enterprise onboarding or technical support incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 availability of AWS production workloads for WebOrion and TraceCtrl platforms.
• Lead the team to plan quarterly maintenance including patches, software updates and feature releases.
• Own the technical support escalation queue for enterprise accounts and handle deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product and research engineers to ensure observability and runbooks for new releases.
• Lead design, coding and implementation of minor features and DevOps tools for monitoring.
• Provide resource planning and mentoring for junior engineers and interns.
• Monitor and optimize AWS cloud spend regularly.
• Assist Enterprise customers onboarding to SaaS platforms.
• Work with Security Team to ensure ISO27001 and other standards compliance.
• Report uptime, SLA and incident reports to management.

CloudsineAI is a Web and GenAI security company based in Singapore. We have built web security products since 2012. Our WebOrion® platform (https://www.weborion.io) protects enterprise and public-sector customers across Singapore and Asia Pacific, covering more than 12,000 URLs. Our customers are government agencies, banks and large regulated enterprises. More about us at https://www.cloudsine.tech. We are now building TraceCtrl, our AI agent security and governance platform for regulated industries in Asia-Pacific. It defends against prompt injection, data leakage and the other risks in the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications. This role suits someone who is familiar with running production workloads on AWS and owns 24x7 availability across the portfolio, in our cloud and inside customer data centres, and you build the team that sustains it.

Job scope

What you will be working on:

• Own 24x7 availability of our AWS production workloads running WebOrion® and the TraceCtrl platform
• Lead the team to plan for and execute quarterly maintenance including deploying patches, software updates and feature releases
• Own the technical support escalation queue for enterprise accounts, and handle deployments, upgrades and troubleshooting yourself when it matters
• Work with the product and research engineers so new releases arrive with the observability and the runbooks to operate them
• Lead the team to design, code and implement minor features and devops tools to ensure the monitoring of our systems
• Provide resource planning and mentoring for younger engineers and technical interns
• Monitor, propose and optimization AWS public cloud spend on a regular basis
• Provide assistance to Enterprise customers who need to onboard to our SaaS platforms
• Work with Security Team to ensure compliance to ISO27001 and other relevant standards
• Report uptime, SLA and incident reports to management team on regular basis

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years in AWS, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure
• Deep hands-on Linux, AWS. Containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• You know security monitoring and incident response practice
• You have led or mentored a small cloud team.
• Able to handle Enterprise customers professional for onboarding or technical support incidents
