Job summary

Advance Intelligence Group is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to keep our workplace running smoothly, our tools sharp, and our spend smart across networks, licenses, vendors, and projects. You will own tickets, projects, and contracts from scoping through completion with minimal supervision.

The role covers office network health, SaaS management, vendor negotiations, and cross-region coordination using Lark and other channels. We value ownership, reliability, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for tickets and contracts.

• Good security awareness (MDM, endpoint protection, patching, password hardening).
• Clear written and verbal communication across chat, ticket, and video.

Responsibilities

• Scope, execute, and ship ad-hoc IT initiatives end-to-end.
• Manage hardware/software procurement and recurring payments.
• Control SaaS license allocation and renew contracts.
• Maintain office network health, security, and VPNs.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, SaaS, and IoT.
• Leverage AI/scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Coordinate cross-regionally via Lark and direct communication.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Engineer to keep our workplace running smoothly, our tools sharp, and our spend smart. This role operates with minimal supervision across the moving parts of modern IT — networks, licenses, vendors, and projects — and is expected to take full ownership of every ticket, project, and contract from scoping through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, execute, and ship ad-hoc IT initiatives end-to-end, from office moves to SaaS rollouts.
• Manage hardware/software procurement and recurring payments, tracking subscriptions and keeping IT spend transparent and optimized.
• Control SaaS license allocation — assign seats, audit usage, eliminate shadow IT, and renew IT contracts.
• Maintain office network health and security, including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi APs, and VPNs.
• Manage vendor relationships — negotiate contracts, hold partners accountable to SLAs, and build relationships that scale.
• Resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, SaaS platforms, and IoT networks.
• Leverage AI and scripts creatively to automate complex administration tasks and optimize system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and cross-regionally via Lark and direct communication to align operations.
