You will be the go-to person for onboarding, asset management, and software renewals, with 80% focus on Singapore and 20% on global IT tasks with colleagues in the US and Europe. The role emphasizes Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and AI/workflow tools to automate tasks and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in IT administration or hands-on IT support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, licensing).
• Practical office networking skills: Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT experience for the Singapore office.
• Provision and manage user accounts, licenses, and devices.
• Manage hardware lifecycle and asset records.
