Job summary

Xtremax Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Cloud & AI) to bridge technology and business, shaping solution designs and translating requirements into technical stories. You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and customers to deliver cloud-native applications.

The role involves workshops, proofs-of-concept, pre-sales discussions, agile teamwork, UAT, and ensuring successful delivery of transformations leveraging cloud and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and user needs.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, solution architects, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation using cloud technologies.
• Support solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions during customer engagements and pre-sales activities.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to prioritise product backlogs and support sprint planning.
• Coordinate testing activities, UAT, and production rollouts to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing trusted technical and business advisory throughout project delivery.
