Job summary

Xtremax Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Cloud & AI) to bridge business needs with technical delivery.

You will work with customers, engineers, and product teams to shape solutions, define technical requirements, and support cloud-native applications from discovery through delivery. You will participate in solution workshops, POCs, and discussions during pre-sales engagements, translating complex problems into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile

Qualifications

Proven experience as Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.
Experience with APIs and cloud-based applications.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand objectives and needs.
Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement sessions.
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, flows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers through the delivery lifecycle.
Analyze processes to identify digital transformation opportunities using cloud tech.
Support demonstrations, POCs, and pre-sales activities.
Work in Agile Scrum teams to prioritize backlogs and plan sprints.
Coordinate testing, UAT, and production rollouts.
Build trusted relationships with customers with technical and business advisory.
