Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Services Development professional to help establish end-to-end processes for new clinical services, collaborating with clinician leads and support functions.

You will manage development projects, monitor timelines and budgets, and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions. The role offers exposure to regulatory and operations interfaces within a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health/Life Sciences disciplines, preferably in Medical, Nursing or Allied Health.
• Masters in Healthcare Management/ MBA will be an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare management/ project management in new clinical services development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in wider clinical services planning, implementation and evaluation of new clinical services.
• Manage clinical services development projects assigned and ensure that projects meet the targeted timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
• Prepare reports for senior management updates.
