Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Clinical Services (Contract) to oversee programme and project management within clinical services. You will coordinate with clinicians and stakeholders, develop data dashboards, and support audits and reporting for government bodies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (healthcare, biomedical engineering or data analytics) and strong data analytics, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering or data analytics preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry or related field preferred.
• Strong project management and data analytics skills.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Programme and Project Management: Manage and implement clinical programmes/projects, ensuring goals and KPIs are met.
• Data Management and Reporting: Conduct data extraction, analysis, and dashboard development; prepare reports for management.
• Medical Informatics: Support clinical information systems development and implementation; train users and provide secretariat support.
