Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for the Office of Value-Based Healthcare to drive value-based transformation. You will facilitate cross-stakeholder projects, develop value measurement dashboards, and support data interpretation.

The role requires a degree in any discipline, strong communication, and analytical skills, with 1–2 years in healthcare as a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• A good degree in any discipline.

• Good presentation skills are a must.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate value-based projects jointly with internal & external stakeholders (e.g. Ministry of Health, HQ and/or other hospitals).
• Assist with the development of value measurement framework and support teams in visualizing indicators and tracking outcomes through dashboards.
• Support the top-line analysis and interpretation of data.
• Assist with the development of dashboards on Microsoft Excel or other data visualization platforms.
• Be a change agent for mindset change for Hospital-wide/Departmental initiatives and foster teamwork.
