Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily clinical service point operations in Queenstown, covering frontline and administrative activities to ensure smooth patient journeys.

You will collaborate with Nurse Managers and clinical teams to resolve issues, drive patient satisfaction, and support budgeting and the development of new services. Leadership of non-nursing staff and ongoing staff development are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Min. degree in any discipline.
• Healthcare exposure / experience will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned clinical service points, including frontline and administrative operations.
• Work closely with Nurse Managers, clinical teams and other stakeholders to resolve operational and process issues.
• Ensure smooth patient journeys and maintain high service standards.
• Drive improvements in patient experience and customer satisfaction.
• Support achievement of service volume and financial targets.
• Assist with business planning, budgeting and development of new services.
• Manage and supervise non-nursing frontline staff.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and retention.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in hospital committees, projects and other operational initiatives.
