Formación

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical or inpatient healthcare operations; Assistant Manager level may be considered.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Support clinical service planning, operational workflows and resource planning for hospital development.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and support hospital design and planning.
• Work with clinicians, consultants and internal teams to develop clinical workflows, service models and operational requirements.
• Track project progress, prepare reports and update management on key milestones and issues.
• Support business cases, implementation of operational models, procurement and administrative coordination.
