Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. seeks a governance and secretariat professional to support the RHSO Clinical Strategy & Governance Board and its committees.

You will enable clinical strategy development and governance assurance across RHSO, aligning programmes with population health priorities and supporting quality, safety, and risk oversight. Responsibilities include end-to-end secretariat support, meeting logistics, minutes, governance dashboards, and cross-domain coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, governance, or strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and synthesis capabilities.
• Good writing and presentation skills (policy papers, board submissions).
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting senior committees or boards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end secretariat support for CSGB and assigned committees.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, papers, and logistics.
• Prepare minutes, decision records, and action trackers.
• Track governance documentation and ensure timeliness and quality.
• Flag governance risks or non-compliance for escalation.
