Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a role within the Clinical and Patient Engagement Office to operationalize the Quality & Clinical Governance Plan. You will manage clinical feedback and medico-legal disputes, acting as a liaison, conducting investigations, and facilitating meetings and negotiations with relevant parties.

You will implement initiatives to improve patient-clinician engagement and assist in preparing department and management reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Good critical thinking and situational management.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the operationalization of the Hospital's Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, focusing on clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution.
• Act as a liaison, perform investigations, facilitate meetings and replies, and undertake negotiations with relevant parties.
• Implement initiatives and identify learning opportunities to enhance patient-clinician engagement.
• Assist with preparation of department/management reports and analysis.
