Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Sr Executive / Manager for the Clinical and Patient Engagement Office to support operationalization of the Hospital's Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, focusing on clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution. You will liaise, investigate, facilitate meetings and replies, and negotiate with relevant parties to improve patient-clinician engagement.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication and facilitation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Flair in written and verbal communication as well as facilitation skills.
• Good critical thinking and situational management skills.
• Comfortable to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the Hospital's Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, focusing on clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution.
• Act as a liaison, perform investigations, facilitate meetings and replies, and negotiate with relevant parties.
• Identify learning opportunities to enhance patient-clinician engagement.
• Assist with the preparation of department/management reports and analyses.
