Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks passionate Clinical Assistants to join our GP clinics at Telok Blangah Heights or Clementi West. This full-time and/or part-time position offers a chance to contribute to high-quality primary care in a community setting.

Responsibilities include assisting doctors, managing appointments, sample collection, dispensing medications, and maintaining hygiene in a collaborative team. Open to candidates from pre-university or polytechnic, including homemakers returning to work,

Qualifications

• Candidates should show attention to detail in clinical and admin tasks.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese with clients.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and billing systems.
• Open to entry-level candidates and those returning to workforce.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and daily clinical support to doctors to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with patient registration, schedule and manage appointments, and handle enquiries to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
• Collect clinical samples and prepare examination rooms to support medical examinations.
• Dispense medication accurately to patients following prescribed instructions.
• Maintain a clean and well-organised clinical environment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Manage inventories and supplies to ensure availability of necessary clinical materials.
• Support administrative tasks including billing, CHAS/Medisave, and insurance claims processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth clinic operations.
