TWOONE Medical invites applications for a friendly, responsible Clinic Assistant at West Family Clinic in Clementi. Join a team focused on patient service, organisation and a smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities include registration, appointments, billing, assisting doctors, managing inventory, records and infection control. Prior GP/healthcare experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork essential; shift work including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to multitask and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers and clinic management software.

Mansioni

• Register patients and manage appointments, walk-ins and enquiries.
• Handle patient registration, payments, billing and insurance or corporate claims.
• Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures, including vital signs measurement.
• Dispense medications according to doctor’s instructions and clinic protocols.
• Manage clinic inventory, including medications, vaccines and medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and proper filing/documentation.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and administrative duties.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Comply with clinic SOPs, patient confidentiality and infection control practices.
