Employment Type:

Full-Time (45-hour work week, including night shifts) or Part-Time options available

Salary:

$1,800–$2,500per month (pro-rated / commensurate with experience)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT / ELIGIBILITY:

• Strictly for Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only. Please do not apply if you require a work pass or visa sponsorship.

• Location Preference: To support our neighbourhood clinic operations (which include night sessions), we strongly prefer candidates residing near Telok Blangah, Bukit Merah, Queenstown, or Clementi areas. Kindly indicate your residential estate/ nearest MRT in your application.

We are friendly, community-based GP clinics providing comprehensive primary care for families, adults, and seniors. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Warmly greet patients, handle counter registration, appointment scheduling, and general enquiries with a patient-centric demeanor.
• Prepare examination rooms, support basic clinical procedures, and handle medication dispensing accurately and meticulously (full training provided).
• Manage clinic billing, digital systems, and basic administrative tasks (including basic Excel applications).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised clinic environment.

Work Hours & Expectations:

• This is a 45-hour work week structured around our clinic's operating hours, which includes covering night shifts based on a mutually agreed schedule.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to manage these clinic hours are key requirements for this role.

• Singapore Citizen or PR status (Mandatory).
• Reside locally around the Telok Blangah, Bukit Merah, Queenstown, or Clementi areas for convenient commuting.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with and support our elderly patients.
• Comfortable committing to a 45-hour work week, including rotating or scheduled night sessions.
• Patient, meticulous, reliable, and possessing a pleasant, service-oriented disposition.
