Qualificações

• GCE N Level or above is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative tasks (70%): prepare clinic spaces, handle patient registration and appointments, manage enquiries, support junior staff, and assist in audit processes.
• Clinical tasks (30%): perform core/basic clinical tasks under clinical team guidance and assist in minor procedures when needed.
• Oversee patient flow and care coordination to ensure timely treatment and safety.
• Support patient education and post-procedure advice where appropriate.
