Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a front-dine health service assistant to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals. You will handle payments and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.

The role includes being stationed at a Health monitoring station on roster, taking measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure, and delivering high levels of customer service in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / Nitec / Higher Nitec
• No exp needed, training provided
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
