Alpha Chiropractic Health is a Singapore-based primary healthcare provider seeking a part-time or full-time Clinical Assistant to deliver excellent patient service and administrative support, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience at our Tanjong Pagar practice.

The role involves greeting patients, assisting with intake, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting the clinical team to uphold high hygiene and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems for administrative tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients to create a friendly reception environment.
• Assist patients with intake and registration for accurate processing.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records for clinical and admin use.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Perform admin tasks to support clinical team operations and patient care.
• Deliver high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth services.
• Procure and stock clinic supplies and conduct regular stock takes.
