Reform Chiropractic PTE. LTD. in Serangoon is seeking a proactive clinic administrator to help us deliver high-quality holistic care to our local community.

You will support day-to-day operations, manage bookings, handle invoicing, and assist with translation when needed (Mandarin typically). Strong communication, multitasking and a creative mindset for promoting chiropractic wellbeing are essential. We offer a base salary with incentives, a 4.5 day work week, and opportunities to train and grow

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic/health settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with staff.
• Deal with appointment bookings and scheduling.
• Manage invoices and package payments.
• Assist in communication and translation (Mandarin usually).
• Assist patients with simple rehabilitation exercises and traction.
• Contribute to social media.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness.
