Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator to ensure counters and examination rooms are prepared for daily use in a busy clinic in Singapore. You will coordinate patient appointments and liaise with other clinics and hospitals to maintain smooth scheduling and continuity of care.

You will also record services for accurate billing, provide basic patient care support when needed, handle patient enquiries professionally, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient daily operation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinic counters and consultation rooms are well-prepared, organised and ready for daily operations.
• Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with other clinics and hospitals to facilitate smooth scheduling and continuity of care.
• Accurately record services rendered in a timely manner to ensure proper billing and charging.
• Provide basic patient care support, including measuring height, weight, vital signs and visual acuity when required.
• Attend to patients' enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive and welcoming patient experience.
• Support the smooth delivery of daily clinic operations and maintain service readiness at all times.
