You will align operational workflows with service quality and clinical standards, assist in implementing new services and processes, and develop training manuals and SOPs for consistency across all clinics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan clinic activities to ensure cost-efficient, smooth daily operations.
• Identify and ensure operational workflows align with service quality and clinical standards.
• Assist in the implementation of new services/work processes through planning and assessments.
• Develop and roll out training manuals and SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery across all clinics.
• Manage internal communications for timely stakeholder responses to operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with approved policies and government regulations.
• Assist in staff rostering, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Perform regular audits on-site across policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments on manpower planning, training, digital/service transformation, policy/workflows, and new clinics development.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
