Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Assistant for a temp/contract role (6 to 12 months) at East & Central Clinics. You will support frontline patient service, registration, scheduling and cashiering, while maintaining accurate patient records and inventory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to accurate record keeping and data entry.
• Familiarity with inventory checks and stock monitoring.
• Willingness to support multiple clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients at the frontline, including registration, appointment scheduling and cashiering.
• Handle walk-in patients and telephone enquiries professionally.
• Chaperone patients during consultations and explain medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor drug inventory.
• Ensure clinic facilities are clean, organised and presentable.
• Follow standard operating procedures and conduct routine checks and audits.
• Support daily clinic operations and compile patient management indicators.
• Provide coverage at other clinic locations when required.
