Job summary

East / Central Clinics in Singapore is seeking a clinic assistant to support patient registration, scheduling, referrals and cashiering. You will attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries, explain procedures and maintain accurate records across clinics.

The role involves assisting with chaperone duties, inventory, and daily clinic administration, with a 6 to 12 month contract and standard office hours in a busy outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral bookings and cashiering.
• Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries.
• Assist with chaperone duties and explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and drug inventory.
• Ensure clinic facilities are clean, organised and presentable.
• Follow clinic SOPs and conduct routine checks / audits.
• Compile patient management indicators and support daily clinic administration.
• Assist with general clinic operational duties.
