Job summary

Ascle Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinic Nurse to support doctors and manage clinic operations in a private Singaporean setting. You will assist during consultations, perform basic nursing duties, and ensure smooth front-desk and patient registration processes.

The role requires nursing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board, a valid practising certificate, and strong communication with patients. Experience in private clinics or surgical wards is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse).
• Possess valid practising certificate.
• Experience in surgical wards or assisting with surgical procedures will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in private clinic or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
• Perform basic nursing duties such as taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and administering medications (where applicable).
• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Managing appointment schedules and handling patient registration.
• Utilizing electronic medical records systems efficiently and accurately.
• Responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and updating patient databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Processing invoices, collecting payments, and managing insurance claims.
• Providing chaperone support during physical examinations of patients (female).
• Performing general housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness standards.
