Job summary

OGL Medical Centers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a clinic support professional to perform health checks, vitals, phlebotomy, and administer injections while assisting doctors with minor procedures.

You will register patients, schedule visits, and manage front-desk inquiries in a busy clinic environment. The role requires SNB registration, at least 1 year of experience, and bilingual English/Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of local clinic software and IT for claims processing.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or alone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, vital signs, phlebotomy, and injections or medications.
• Chaperone doctors and assist with minor procedures (dressings, health screenings).
• Register patients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain infection-control.
• Process payments, dispense medications, and handle insurance/Medisave claims.
• Simple housekeeping.
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, take vital signs, perform phlebotomy (blood draws), and administer injections or medications.
• Chaperone doctors and assist with minor clinical procedures (e.g., dressings, health screenings).
• Register patients, schedule appointments, handle frontline inquiries, and maintain a clean, infection-compliant environment.
• Process payments, dispense medications, and handle corporate insurance, Medisave claims.
• Simple house keeping
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Bilingual speaking of English & Mandarin （required to communicate with, assess, and provide clinical care instructions to Mandarin-speaking patients）
