Job summary

Proton Therapy in Singapore is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support daily clinic operations. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate patient services, and ensure efficient clinical workflows at Buona Vista/Orchard locations.

The role requires 2 years of related experience and a Singapore Nursing Board Practising Certificate. A 5.5 day work week is offered, with opportunities to work across multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience.
• Singapore Nursing Board Practising Certificate is a MUST.
• 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Saturday - half day)

Responsibilities

• Provide and evaluate clinical services and nursing care rendered to patients.
• Perform procedures and treatments to improve comfort and well-being.
• Dispensing of medications.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Provide patients with basic education related to their clinical condition.
• Record and report nursing care or clinical services clearly.
• Assist in treatment and examination of patients.
• Performs phlebotomy under supervision.
• Assist patients in various clinical departments as assigned.
• Provide guidance and orientation to clinic staff.
• Participate in activities related to the smooth running of the clinic.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Clinic Manager.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Enrolled Nurse to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient services, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and evaluate clinical services and nursing care rendered to patients
• Perform services such as procedure & treatments to improve the general comfort and well being of patients
• Dispensing of medications
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
• Handle general administrative duties
• Provide patients with basic patient education related to their clinical condition
• Record and report information in a clear and concise manner on the nursing care or clinical services rendered to the patient
• Assist the medical officer, nursing staff or other healthcare personnel in the treatment & examination of the patient
• Performs phlebotomy or blood taking services under minimum supervision
• Assist patients in the various clinical or auxiliary departments as assigned
• Provide guidance and orientation to clinic assistant and others
• Participate in all activities related to the smooth running of the clinic
• Maintain a safe & clean environment for the patients at all times
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager
• Preferred to start immediately
