Oriental Remedies Clinic 源自梁药 is seeking a Clinic Manager to own commercial results across multiple clinics and lead teams of consultants, therapists, and front-desk staff. Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business, healthcare management, hospitality or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing teams in a target-driven role in healthcare, wellness, retail, F&B or services.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven revenue or sales targets.
• Experience designing and running practical promotions or business plans.

Responsabilités

• Own targets for clinics (revenue, patient volume, retention, spend) and review performance with Area Clinic Manager.
• Track performance and diagnose trends; act early.
• Collaborate with HQ multi-functional team to provide data-driven updates and opportunities.
• Lead rosters and manage manpower to match demand; coordinate with physicians.
• Ensure smooth patient journey from booking to follow-up; handle escalations.
• Drive clinic marketing activities and service protocol consistency; optimize processes.
• Maintain compliance with MOH/PDPA and company policies.
