Job summary

Celecti Pte Ltd seeks a compassionate healthcare receptionist to join an established charitable healthcare organisation in Singapore. You will attend to patients at the Medical Centre, manage registrations, answer queries, and support daily clinic operations.

The role requires 1 year of healthcare or customer service experience, a service mindset, and basic computer skills. 5.5 days work week with location at Toa Payoh; salary up to SGD 2,900 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or customer service.
• Friendly with a service-oriented mindset.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and confidence in using administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to scheduled and walk-in patients at the Medical Centre.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and patient registration, ensuring patient details are accurate and up to date.
• Verify patient information, explain test and procedure instructions, and obtain the required consent forms.
• Handle cashiering, payment collection, and daily transaction reconciliation.
• Take basic patient measurements and conduct screenings (e.g. BMI and vision checks).
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with PDPA requirements.
• Provide customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns.
• Support daily clinic operations, including managing inventory and replenishing office supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support Community Health Days and mobile medical services when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.
