Job summary

CHIROPRACTIC CENTRE PTE LTD is seeking dynamic, driven individuals for a clinical front desk, administration and operational role at our clinic. You will manage the front desk, assist doctors with patient flow, schedule bookings and respond to inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.

Ideal candidates are energetic, self-motivated and passionate about customer service, with interest in health and wellness care. A NiTEC / GCE N/O / GCE O Level / Diploma is preferred and you will work in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical front desk, administration and operations at assigned clinic(s).
• Assist Doctor/Physical Therapist with patient flow.
• Plan schedules and bookings; respond to enquiries via telephone and WhatsApp.
• Educate potential patients on services and packages.
• Maintain client database and documentation.
• Handle invoices, payments and daily sales reports.
• Participate in corporate events and/or in-clinic activities as required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to work as assigned by management.
