FULLERTON HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LIMITED seeks a patient services and billing professional for YSTATS ChipPAC Pte Ltd (SCS) in Singapore. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm.

The role focuses on collecting patient details, verifying insurance information, and ensuring accurate data entry at each visit. You will handle insurance verification, payments collection, timely billing in Clinic Management System and portals, maintain PDPA-compliant patient records, manage inventory, and assist with

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient address, contact details, insurance information for the visit.
• Maintain patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.
• Identify patient’s insurance coverage and collect payments where required.
• Perform timely billing in Clinic Management System and in insurance portals.
• Respond to patient queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Stay updated with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
• Management of patients’ records in accordance with PDPA act.
• Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
• Dispensing of medication with second checker.
• Attend educational trainings for professional development.
• Maintain proper infection control standards.
• Demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment.
• People management skills – Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
• Respects the values, customs, spiritual beliefs and practices of individuals and groups.
• Articulate FHG Purpose and Shared Values in daily work.
• Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.
• Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Clinic IC / Ops Manager.
