Job summary

Virtue Family Clinic in Woodlands is seeking full-time Clinic Assistants to join our fledgling healthcare group. This role supports patient registration, medication preparation, billing, and front-desk operations in our new Woodlands clinic.

We value teamwork and patient care. Applicants should have at least 2 years of clinic operations experience; knowledge of government/insurance schemes is a plus, and familiarity with Plato CMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes; Plato CMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients.
• Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.
• Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments.
• Process billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly.
• Manage inventory and replenish medicines and consumable items.
• Maintain the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure tidiness and cleanliness.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager.

New Clinic in Woodlands!

Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant

• Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients

Requirements

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per month

Hours: 44 hours/week including 1 weekend shift

Start Date: As soon as possible
