Job summary

Virtue Family Clinic in Singapore invites applications for a full-time Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our new Punggol clinic. You will help register patients, schedule visits, prepare medications, and handle billing.

Candidates should have at least two years in clinic operations; familiarity with government schemes or Plato CMS is a plus. We offer health insurance, a 13th month bonus, 15 days annual leave, and opportunities for growth within our growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinic operations experience.
• Knowledge of government/insurance schemes; Plato CMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Aid in registration and scheduling of patients.
• Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.
• Generate bills and invoices and collect payments.
• Process billing under government schemes and managed care.
• Receive and distribute lab reports and communicate with the doctor.
• Manage inventory and replenish medicines and consumables.
• Maintain clinic tidiness and cleanliness.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the manager.
