Job summary

BEYOND MEDICAL GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a clinic operations assistant in Singapore to support daily functions, manage customer service tasks, cashiering, and appointment bookings with a focus on patient care.

You will assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, handle insurance matters, liaise with customers and suppliers, and contribute to license renewals, ensuring smooth clinic operations in a busy healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
• Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
• Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
• Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.
