Job summary

Benessere Clinic Pte Ltd is seeking a capable clinic receptionist and administrator to manage patient registrations, process payments, and run front-desk operations with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and efficiency.

You will assist doctors during aesthetic procedures, prepare patients for treatments, maintain inventory, handle billing with Medisave, CHAS, and various Managed Health Care plans, and keep clinic records tidy and securely filed.

Job Summary

You will manage clinic reception and administrative tasks, assist doctors during medical procedures, prepare patients for aesthetic treatments, and maintain clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and payment processes at the clinic reception to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide clear, helpful responses to patient inquiries
• Prepare patients for aesthetic treatments by cleansing the face and applying numbing cream as needed
• Assist doctors during medical procedures including minor surgery, to support clinical operations
• Dispense medicine accurately as part of daily clinic administrative duties
• Manage clinic inventory by tracking supplies and ensuring availability for treatments
• Maintain clinic housekeeping to provide a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Perform filing and tidying tasks to keep clinic records organized and accessible
• Apply knowledge of Medisave, CHAS, and various Managed Health Care plans to support patient billing and payment processes
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and nights to meet clinic scheduling needs
