Job summary

ETERN MEDICAL PUNGGOL PTE. LTD. is looking for a full-time clinic attendant to support daily operations, triage patients, and manage registrations while assisting doctors with routine procedures.

You will dispense medications, explain health packages, and handle appointment bookings, billing, and insurance claims. A positive service attitude and English proficiency are essential; diploma holders are welcome and a 5.5-day workweek is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline.
• Diploma holders are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek, 5.5 day week.
• Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1-weekend shifts.
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory; customer service passion.
• Basic IT proficiency (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals).
• Good command of spoken English.
• Ability to speak more languages/dialects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, health declaration, registering patients.
• Dispensing of medication and collecting payments.
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients.
• Arrange/booking appointments for follow-up treatment and vaccination.
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures, swab procedures.
• Perform administrative duties assigned by superior.
• Billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payments.
• Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims.
• Top up medications, inventory and help with stock taking as required.
• Housekeeping and cleanliness of clinic facilities.
