Job summary

EI8HT MEDICAL AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced aesthetics therapist assistant to support facial and body treatments, answer patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.

You will assist the doctor during procedures and manage payments and dispensing of medicines, while also helping to replenish stock as needed. The role requires 1–2 years in aesthetics, strong multitasking ability, teamwork, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant aesthetics experience.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues.
• PC literate with basic MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and attend to inquiries.
• Perform aesthetics therapist duties for the patient’s face and body.
• Schedule appointments for patients and update the system.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Handle payment and dispense of medicine.
• Check and replenish stock when needed.
• Other duties as instructed by the doctor and management.
