Job summary

J Laser and Aesthetics Clinic Private Limited in Singapore seeks a friendly, professional beauty assistant to support doctors during procedures, perform facial treatments, and manage patient relations. You will handle calls, scheduling, and maintain clinic hygiene while ensuring equipment safety.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in aesthetics or skincare and a Beauty Therapy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
• Ability to communicate confidently with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during aesthetic and medical procedures to ensure smooth and safe treatment delivery
• Perform facial and skin treatments including cleansing, extraction, masking, acne care, and anti-aging to improve patient skin health
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through professional, attentive service to enhance client satisfaction
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient enquiries to support clinic operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and ensure proper upkeep of equipment for safety and compliance
• Conduct daily opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the clinic environment
• Monitor and manage inventory of medical and treatment supplies to ensure availability and prevent shortages
• Handle and maintain aesthetic machines and devices properly to ensure functionality and safety
• Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned by clinic management to support daily operations
