Administrative Duties

• Register and check in patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Handle insurance claims or medical billing (where applicable)
• Prepare reports and manage filing systems

Patient Care Support

• Welcome and guide patients
• Measure and record vital signs such as:
