YU YING TCM CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly clinic receptionist/assistant to support daily operations, manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries, and assist physicians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Registration of patients at the reception counter.
• Cashier duties and taking appointments.
• Taking phone calls and handling patients’ enquiries.
• Dispensing duties at the dispensary.
• Assists physicians during treatments and tidying treatment rooms.

Roles& Responsibilities

Responsible for all the operational activities in the clinic.

Pre-requisites

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge with Han Yu Pin Yin inputs
• Relevant working experience will be an added advantage

Dutiesat the reception counter include, but are not limited to the following

• registration of patients
• cashier duties
• taking appointments (where applicable)
• taking phone calls and handling patients’ enquiries.

Dutiesat the dispensary include, but are not limited to the following

• dispensing duties
• regular monitoring of stock and raising purchase orders
• month end stock take

Physicians’assistance duties include, but are not limited to the following

• checking and ensuring that treatment rooms are fullyequipped at the beginning of the day
• assists physicians or chaperon male physicians when theyare carrying out treatment and procedures for female patients.
• identify patient’s needs when they ring the call bells forassistance
• in-between patients tidying of treatment rooms
• ensuring that all equipment are duly switched off at theend of the day

Others

• general housekeeping of the clinic including tidying ofreception area, dispensary, consultation and treatment rooms.
