Job summary

Siena Health is seeking a Healthcare Assistant in Singapore, located in front of One North MRT. On-the-job training is provided, with a salary range of SGD 2,300–3,300 per month based on experience.

The role includes handling registrations and inquiries, packing and dispensing medications, educating patients on medication use, assisting with billing and administrative tasks, and managing inventory of medicines and retail products.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• No clinic or medical experience required
• Good English proficiency
• Fast typing skills & tech-savvy
• Strong communication & organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle customer registrations and inquiries (chat/email)
• Pack and dispense medications accurately
• Pack e-commerce products
• Educate patients on medication use (will be taught)
• Assist with billing and administrative tasks
• Manage inventory of medicines and retail products
• Other duties as assigned

Salary:$2,300 - $3,300/month (based experience)

Work Hours:Mon-Fri(8:30 am - 6:30 pm) &one weekend(8:30 am - 1 pm)

Work Week:5.5 days (Office Hours!)
