You will handle customer registrations and inquiries, pack and dispense medications, manage inventory, and support billing and administrative tasks, all while delivering excellent service in a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• No clinic or medical experience required.
• Good English proficiency.
• Fast typing skills and tech-savvy.
• Strong communication & organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer registrations and inquiries (chat/email).
• Pack and dispense medications accurately.
• Pack e-commerce products.
• Educate patients on medication use (will be taught).
• Assist with billing & administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory of medicines & retail products.
• Other duties as assigned.
• On the job training provided.

Location: In front of One North MRT (81 Ayer Rajah Crescent)

Salary: $2,300 - $3,300/month (based on experience)

Work Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 am - 6:30 pm) & one weekend (8:30 am - 1 pm)

Work Week: 5.5 days (Office Hours!)
