Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Full Time Clinic Admin Assistant near Novena MRT. Salary ranges from 2,600 to 3,200 SGD monthly with a 5-day workweek and one Saturday rotation based on schedule; standard hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating travel for clinical staff, preparing medical reports for hospitals, liaising with stakeholders, managing clinic operations, inventory, and after-hours coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• With at least 2 years of GP or specialist clinic experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Rotation work on PH is mandatory – Work from home (OIL will be given).

Timing 5 Day Week(1 Saturday based on rotation - replacement off on Wednesday)
Working hour: Mon to Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm
