Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an analyst to monitor client interactions across email, Bloomberg IB chat and Reuters Eikon, supporting daily trading activities.

You will handle client trading queries, process give-ups, and liaise with operations, brokers and clients to ensure smooth settlements and accurate audit trails. The role requires 0–2 years in equities trading, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with brokers

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in equities trading.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
• Good understanding of APAC/UK/US market mechanics (beneficial).
• Experience with electronic trading platforms (Iress/Bloomberg EMSX) beneficial.
• Comfortable working early shifts and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day interactions with clients via email, Bloomberg IB chat and Reuters Eikon.
• Handle client queries regarding trading (order rejections/fills) checking audit trails and FIX logs.
• Process/book client give-up’s, liaising with operations, brokers and clients where required.
• Foster and strengthen strategic partnerships with brokers, prime brokers and counterparties.
• Execute FX transactions for clients as part of managing their multi-currency accounts.
• UAT and Prod testing of new banks, brokers for trading; some knowledge of FIX beneficial.
• Address client queries and questions in relation to end of day statements/reports and corporate actions, liaising with Operation steam where required.
• Manage issues relating to failing trade settlements, liaising with brokers and internal operations team as required.
