Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable Operations professional to manage and execute end-to-end financial market processes, ensuring accurate trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, and lifecycle event management.

You will lead system enhancements and regulatory initiatives, collaborate across Trading, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Compliance, perform UAT, monitor workflows, and drive continuous improvement within the CFD Operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Markets Operations and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage concurrent BAU workload and projects.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Effective cross-team communication with traders, risk, finance, and compliance.
• Proactive initiative to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end trade processes including capture, validation, settlement, and lifecycle events.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Monitor intraday and end-of-day trade flows across multiple systems.
• Process corporate actions in CFD books and records accurately.
• Support collateral operations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Enforce operational controls, escalate risks and incidents to maintain compliance.
• Contribute to CFD Operations team efficiency and service standards.
• Participate in system enhancements, new product launches, and regulatory initiatives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new workflows.
• Collaborate with technology teams to diagnose root causes and propose solutions.
• Support project governance with progress tracking, risk and issue management.
